For non-represented clients, we are licensed in the State of Florida, with limited reciprocity of 30 days total time in the States of California, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee (15-day limit), and Virginia. We enjoy and retain contacts with numerous prosecutors and private attorneys, law enforcement, and subject matter experts (e.g. asset tracing, computer forensics, immigration, etc.) to obtain a best possible result.

Criminal and Civil Litigation: Facing criminal charges or civil complaint can be a daunting experience – the government has almost unlimited personnel and resources to pursue a criminal case against you; in civil litigation, there is no right to appointed counsel, meaning you are on your own to defend against possible crippling monetary judgements.
